Chris is an exceptional agent. In spite of the limits we placed on our search, Chris never complained, showed us a number of houses, several of which we submitted offers on. He understood my reasons for structuring offers my preferred way, was receptive to my input during negotiations and generally agreed with my decisions to not pursue compromises, that were not to my benefit. When we finally did find a house, and had the offer accepted, Chris's knowledge and skill during the home inspection process, appraisal, and subsequent re-negotiations was exemplary. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Five stars seems inadequate.
